Using the site

You may have seen the Home page and an introduction to Gastronomy and, above, the headings of the main page groups.

You could try whichever of those is of immediate interest. Or you could go to the Main Link page to obtain an overview of the site and make a selection.

When you go to a Group page and onward to a subsidiary page, there is a link back to that group's Home page. There is a link to the Main Link page on many pages.

Using Google blogs has its ups and downs. For no appraent reason, for example, text size alters. When you find that a paragraph or part of a panel is dificult to read, all you need do is press Control, shift and the + key twice or three times. To return, use the same keys and the dash - key. In this situation, it become the minus key

When you are given a link to an etext, you may need to experiment with the viewing system to give the best reading. For example, if you get as far as my second book "Are We Really What We Eat? . .", you can use the index in conjunction with the Contents link to the left to arrive at the appropriate chapter.
